      • The Project must be endorsed by a District A-1 Lions Club
      • The Application for Funding should include the following:
        1. Description of Equipment
        2. Location
        3. Funding Required
        4. Need for Equipment
      • Projects should be submitted to the Chair of "Eyes Right"
